Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy explains how subscriptions, payments, cancellations, and refunds work for jovon.ai. By purchasing any jovon.ai plan, you agree to the terms below.
1. Plans & Billing Overview

All prices are in USD. Payments are processed through Gumroad.
2. Cancelling a Subscription
You may cancel your Plus or Ultra subscription at any time. Here is what happens when you cancel:
- Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — not immediately.
- You retain full access to all plan features until that date.
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan.
- Your saved prompts and generation history remain accessible within Free plan limits.
- We do not delete your account or data on cancellation.

- Include the email address on your account
- You will receive a confirmation within 2 business days
3. Refund Policy
jovon.ai offers refunds in the following specific circumstances:

| Basic ($9.99/mo) | 7 days from purchase | Only if fewer than 20 prompts have been generated. |
Service outages: If jovon.ai experiences a confirmed outage of more than 72 consecutive hours, affected subscribers may request a prorated credit for the affected period. Credits are applied to the next billing cycle and are not issued as cash refunds.
How to request a refund: Email support@jovon.ai with your account email and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Basic Plan — Lifetime Access
The Basic plan is a monthly subscription ($9.99/mo) payment of $9.99/mo and grants lifetime access to Basic tier features. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. There are no recurring charges. Lifetime access is tied to your jovon.ai account and is non-transferable.
5. Price Changes
jovon.ai reserves the right to adjust subscription prices at any time. Existing active subscribers will receive at least 14 days' notice by email before any price change affects their account. You may cancel before the new price takes effect without penalty.
6. Account Termination by jovon.ai
jovon.ai reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that:
- Violate our Terms & Conditions
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity
- Use automated tools or bots to bypass usage limits
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform
Accounts terminated for violations of the Terms & Conditions are not eligible for refunds.
7. AI Disclaimer
jovon.ai generates prompts using artificial intelligence. Results may vary, contain inaccuracies, or not match exactly what was described. AI makes mistakes. Discrepancies in generated prompts, images, and videos are expected and normal. Subscription and purchase fees are for access to the jovon.ai platform and its tools — not for guaranteed output quality on any third-party AI video platform.
