Welcome to JOVON AI ("JOVON", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using jovon.ai and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the JOVON prompt generator, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
JOVON AI is an AI-powered video prompt generator that helps users create text prompts for use with third-party AI video generation tools. JOVON does not generate video directly — it generates structured text prompts optimized for platforms such as Kling, Runway, Sora, Hailuo, Pika, Gemini, Grok, TikTok AI, and Seedance.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You may not share your account with others or allow others to use your paid plan limits.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Permitted Use
You may use JOVON AI for personal, educational, or commercial creative projects. Generated prompts are yours to use freely with any AI video platform. You may not:
- Use JOVON to generate prompts intended to produce harmful, illegal, or deceptive content.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the JOVON platform or its prompt generation logic.
- Reproduce, modify, republish, or create derivative or competing versions of the JOVON app, platform, or its design — in whole or in part.
- Transfer, sell, share, or sublicense your JOVON account or login to anyone else. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
- Resell access to the JOVON generator or redistribute generated content as a standalone product.
- Use automated tools or bots to bypass usage limits.
Accounts that misuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits or payment, or violate these Terms may be suspended or terminated at any time, without notice and without refund.
5. Payments & Refunds
All purchases are processed through Gumroad. The Basic plan is a monthly subscription at $9.99/month, cancel anytime. Subscription plans (Plus and Ultra) are billed monthly or annually as selected. We offer a 7-day refund window on subscription plans. If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first charge, email hello@jovon.ai for a full refund. Free trials and Gumroad prompt pack purchases are non-refundable due to their digital nature. Prices, plans, and features are subject to change at any time.
6. Usage Limits
Each plan has defined daily generation limits. Limits reset at midnight UTC. We reserve the right to adjust limits with reasonable notice. Free plan limits may change without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
The JOVON name, logo, interface, and underlying prompt generation system are the intellectual property of JOVON AI. Prompts generated by the tool are produced for your use — you own the output. We retain rights to the system that produced them.
8. Third-Party Platforms
JOVON generates prompts for use on third-party AI video platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the output of Kling, Runway, Sora, Hailuo, Pika, Gemini, Grok, Flow, TikTok, or Seedance. Results on those platforms depend on their own systems and policies.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
JOVON is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any prompt will produce a specific result on any third-party platform. AI video generation is an evolving technology and results vary. For physics-accurate or highly realistic motion, we recommend Sora, Kling 3, and Seedance 2 — other models may not produce the desired results.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JOVON AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or the prompts generated.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will note the revision date above.
