0 — Age requirement

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to create a JOVON account. By agreeing you confirm you meet this age requirement. Accounts found to belong to underage users are closed.

1 · No explicit content

Nudity, sexual, or sexually suggestive content is not allowed anywhere on JOVON — not in prompts, generated media, uploads, usernames, profiles, posts, comments, or messages. Any sexual content involving minors is zero-tolerance: it is reported to the authorities and the account is permanently banned.

2 · No offensive material or words

No hate speech, slurs, harassment, threats, or bullying. No foul or abusive language directed at other users or staff. No graphic violence or gore, and no content glorifying self-harm.

3 · Be respectful

JOVON is a creative platform shared by many people. Treat other users and staff with respect in everything you write and everything you create — prompts, the social feed, comments, and messages.

4 · Obey all laws

Do not create, upload, or share anything illegal, or use JOVON to facilitate illegal activity. This includes impersonating real people, deceptive deepfakes presented as real, fraud, scams, spam, and content that infringes someone else’s rights. You are responsible for what you create and share.

5 · Enforcement

JOVON.ai has the right to enforce this policy. Automated filters and human review run across the platform. We may hide or remove any content, and may suspend or permanently ban any account, at our sole discretion, without notice and without refund. Illegal material is reported to the authorities. Repeat or severe violations mean an immediate permanent ban.
