Credits are spent per render. Video scales with the model and the length — a 5-second clip is 54 credits on Veo 3.1 Lite, 121 on Kling v3 Turbo and 264 on premium Seedance 2.0. Images run from 1 credit (FLUX Schnell) to 31 (Nano Banana Pro), a lip-sync clip is 78, and a 3D model is 65 on Hunyuan3D Rapid. Every page shows you the exact cost before you press generate, and the number on each plan card is worked out from those real prices, not an estimate.

Every account starts with 25 free images and 3 free videos (videos on Seedance Mini) — each film is a watermarked 5-second starter (yours until you use them). Ongoing creating needs a paid plan or the Diamond Paradox book bundle ($9.99, which includes 1,320 credits — 5 Seedance videos). A free account also unlocks the Social feed, your profile and your library.

Yes. JOVON runs an MCP server, so any AI tool that supports remote MCP connectors can generate on your account just by chatting. Go to Profile → Connect Claude → Get my connection URL — despite the name, that one URL works everywhere. Your key is carried inside the URL, so there are no API keys, headers or environment variables to configure: paste it into Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code, Zed, Goose, or any CLI that speaks MCP. Your AI can then start videos and images, check on a render in progress, and read your credit balance. Everything bills your normal credits and saves to your Library — there is no separate API plan and no extra charge. Treat the URL like a password and regenerate it on your profile if it ever leaks. Yes, any time. Profile → Plan & billing → Manage subscription opens the billing portal, where you can upgrade, downgrade, change your card and pull every invoice. Upgrades take effect straight away and Stripe prorates the difference, so you only pay for what is left of the month.

Nothing further. Cancel from Profile → Plan & billing → Cancel subscription. It cancels at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep your plan, your features and your remaining credits right up to that date, and you are never billed again. Because you keep using the time you bought, the current period is not refunded. On a yearly plan the same rule applies to the year you have paid for. On the way out we will offer you a one-time discount to stay; you are free to decline it, and declining does not delay the cancellation.

You are not charged for it. Credits are held when a job starts and released back to your balance if the render fails or is rejected, so a failure costs you nothing.

Yes — paid members can top up any time with the credit packs above. The 3D Pack is the exception: anyone can buy it without a plan — it unlocks 3D creating only, and also works as an add-on to any plan. Packs cost about the same per credit as a monthly plan and more per credit than an annual plan, so if you are topping up often a subscription is the cheaper route. Packs are one-off purchases and do not create a subscription.

3D is a true add-on. A 3D plan stacks on top of any base plan and never changes it — your base credits, features and renewal date stay exactly as they are. The 3D Pack is a one-time top-up rather than a subscription.

Social unlocks with a free account. You can post images and video with captions and hashtags, comment and reply, like and repost, find any creator by their exact @username, and start private groups with group chat and direct messages. If you want to, you can publish the prompt and seed — the “DNA” — behind a post so other people can build on it.

A character is a saved identity — face, body, style and voice — that you reuse with @handle in any video. Free accounts save 5 characters — Creator saves 50, Pro 150, Max 300, and Ultimate 500. Building one costs nothing extra if you upload your own photos; you only spend credits if you ask JOVON to generate the reference image for you.

Free has no Sound. Creator includes 25 Sound/Music uses a month, Pro 150, Max 500, and Ultimate 1,000. Credits are still the real meter — every track you make spends them — so these numbers are a fair-use ceiling rather than the thing you run out of. Video models that generate their own audio are handled inside Create and do not draw on the allowance.

Cancelling stops the billing but leaves everything intact — you keep your account, your characters, your library and your credits until the paid period ends. Deleting (Profile → Delete profile) is permanent: it ends any subscription immediately, removes your characters and library, and forfeits any credits still in your balance. If you are unsure, cancel — you can always delete later.
