Welcome to JOVON AI ("JOVON", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using jovon.ai and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using JOVON AI Studio, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian permission to use this service, and that a parent or guardian is responsible for any purchases made on your account. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

JOVON AI is an AI creation workspace. Through the service you can generate videos, images, audio, music, sound effects, voices, and 3D models, create and share prompts, and publish content to the JOVON community. Generation is performed by third-party AI providers (including, without limitation, Atlas Cloud, fal.ai, and ElevenLabs) accessed through JOVON's infrastructure; output quality, availability, and content policies of those providers apply in addition to these Terms. JOVON also provides prompt-engineering tools for use with external platforms such as Kling, Runway, Hailuo, Gemini, Grok, and Seedance.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You may not share your account with others or allow others to use your paid plan limits.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Permitted Use

You may use JOVON AI for personal, educational, or commercial creative projects. Generated prompts are yours to use freely with any AI video platform. You may not:

• Use JOVON to generate prompts intended to produce harmful, illegal, or deceptive content.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the JOVON platform or its prompt generation logic.
• Reproduce, modify, republish, or create derivative or competing versions of the JOVON app, platform, or its design — in whole or in part.
• Transfer, sell, share, or sublicense your JOVON account or login to anyone else. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• Resell access to the JOVON generator or redistribute generated content as a standalone product.
• Use automated tools or bots to bypass usage limits.

Enforcement: Accounts that misuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits or payment, engage in bad conduct toward other users or staff, or violate these Terms or the Content & Conduct Policy below may be suspended or permanently banned at any time, without notice and without refund of any subscription, credits, or purchases.

4a. Content & Conduct Policy

Every new account explicitly accepts this policy at signup: after accepting these Terms, each user is shown the Community & Content Policy as a separate agreement and must scroll through it in full and agree before the account is created. Acceptance is recorded with the account.

JOVON is a creative platform shared by many users. Be respectful, keep it appropriate, and obey all laws. The following is prohibited anywhere on the platform — in prompts, generated media, uploads, usernames, profiles, threads, comments, and messages:

• Nudity, sexual, or sexually suggestive content of any kind.
• Any sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance; reported to authorities and permanently banned.
• Foul, abusive, or harassing language directed at other users or staff; hate speech; threats; bullying.
• Graphic violence, gore, or content glorifying self-harm.
• Illegal content or content that facilitates illegal activity.
• Impersonation of real people, deceptive deepfakes, or misleading content presented as real.
• Spam, scams, or malicious links.

JOVON.ai has the right to enforce this policy. We may review, hide, or remove any content, and may suspend or permanently ban any account, at our sole discretion, without notice and without refund. Automated filters and human review operate across the platform; illegal material is reported to the authorities. Repeat or severe violations result in immediate permanent bans.

4b. Free Plan Watermark

Media generated or exported on the Free plan may carry a visible JOVON watermark. Removing, cropping, blurring, or obscuring the watermark is prohibited and is grounds for account termination. Paid plans produce watermark-free output.

5. Payments, Plans & Billing

Current plans, credit amounts, and prices are those displayed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices, plans, credit values, and features may change at any time, without notice. Changes do not retroactively affect credits already purchased. Payments are processed by our payment provider; JOVON does not store your card details.

• Starting a plan: your plan and credits activate immediately after payment — no waiting period.
• Billing cycle & automatic renewal: monthly plans are billed every month; annual plans are billed once, upfront, for the full year at the annual price shown. All subscriptions renew automatically for the same term at the then-current price until you cancel — by subscribing you authorize these recurring charges. You may cancel anytime before renewal (see §5a).
• Annual plan credits: annual plans include the same monthly credit allotment as the matching plan, delivered monthly across your annual term — not all at once. Unused monthly credits do not roll over; separately purchased credit packs carry over and do not expire while your account is active.
• Upgrades: take effect immediately. Your monthly plan credits reset to the new plan's allotment, a new billing term starts now, and any separately purchased packs carry over — they are not forfeited. Switching from monthly to annual starts a new annual term at the annual price.
• Downgrades: take effect at the start of your next billing period (for annual plans, at your next annual renewal). You keep your current plan, credits, and access until then, with no mid-cycle charge and no fee.
• Add-ons and credit packs: activate immediately after payment and stack on top of your plan credits.
• Price changes at renewal: if prices change, your renewal is charged at the new price. Your current amount and renewal date are always shown in your Profile before renewal, and you may cancel before the change applies.
• Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, your plan may be marked past-due and access to paid features suspended until payment succeeds.

5a. Cancellations — cancel anytime, no fee

You can cancel at any time. There is no cancellation fee. You keep access to what you already paid for, and you are not billed again.

• Cancelling a plan: your plan stays active and usable until the end of the current paid billing period, then stops. There is no refund for the remaining time and no cancellation fee — you keep what you already paid for.
• Annual plans: cancelling stops automatic renewal. You keep full access and your monthly credit drip continues until the end of the paid annual term — which may be up to a year away — then stops. There is no partial-year refund and no fee: you keep the full year you paid for.
• Month-to-month plans: the same rule applies — access continues to the end of the paid period, then stops, with no fee.
• Your dates: your current billing period, renewal date, and (after you cancel) your access-until date are shown in your Profile and match the dates on record with our payment provider.
• Cancellation is self-serve from your Profile settings and is as easy as signing up (you can also email hello@jovon.ai).
• Usage is recorded per generation and visible in your Profile, so your balance and dates are transparent and checkable at any time.
• One-time purchases (credit packs, prompt packs, JOVON Studio Pro, digital products such as e-books) are non-refundable due to their digital nature; purchased credit packs remain usable and carry across plan changes.
• If something goes wrong on our side, we put it right: a generation that fails because of JOVON is never charged, and if a purchase does not deliver what it promised, email hello@jovon.ai and we will fix it, including a refund where that is the fair outcome. We would much rather hear from you than see a dispute.
• Chargebacks: because credits and generations are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, opening a chargeback or payment dispute on a legitimately delivered order may result in immediate account suspension pending review.
• Accounts banned for violating these Terms or the Content & Conduct Policy forfeit any remaining credits and subscription time — no refund is owed.

5b. Your usage records

Your Profile includes a full history of everything you generate — videos, images, audio, and 3D — with the credit cost of each item. This record is the authoritative basis for usage-based refund calculations.

5c. Referral program

You may invite others to JOVON using the personal referral link in your Profile. The referral reward is subject to the following terms:

• Who can refer: only members on a paid plan (Creator or higher) can refer others. A referral that names a non-paid member is not recorded, and no reward accrues.
• How to refer: share your personal referral link, or have the new user enter your username or email in the optional "Referred by" box when they create their account. If the name entered doesn't match an existing paid member, JOVON tells the new user so they can correct it or skip — a referrer is optional.
• Reward: 200 credits per qualifying referral to the referring account, and 200 credits to the referred account. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for money.
• Qualifying condition: both rewards are earned only after the referred person (a) signs up and names you as referrer (via your link or the signup box), (b) subscribes to a paid plan, and (c) remains on a paid plan for 30 continuous days without cancelling. No reward is granted at signup, and none is granted if the referred person cancels, downgrades to Free, or fails payment before completing 30 paid days.
• When it's paid: qualifying rewards are credited automatically once the 30-day paid period completes. A referral that has not yet qualified is shown as "pending" in your Profile.
• Eligibility: the referred person must be a new, distinct user. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and any attempt to game the program (including fraudulent or non-genuine sign-ups or subscriptions) are not eligible and may result in reversal of credits and account action.
• Changes: JOVON may modify, suspend, or end the referral program, or adjust the reward amount and qualifying conditions, at any time. Referrals already qualified are not affected.

6. Usage Limits

Each plan has defined generation and creation limits. We reserve the right to adjust limits with reasonable notice. Free plan limits may change without notice.

Per-generation credits. Video, image, 3D, music, sound effects, and voice generations each consume credits from your plan's monthly credit balance at the cost shown before you generate. When your credits run out, you must upgrade or wait for your next billing cycle.

Creation limits (characters, worlds, music, sound effects). Each plan includes a fixed number of characters, worlds, music tracks, and sound effects you may create. Current allowances (characters / worlds / music / sound effects): Free — 0 / 1 / 0 / 0; Creator — 5 / 3 / 20 / 25; Pro — 15 / 10 / 60 / 75; Max — 40 / 25 / 200 / 250; Agency — 150 / 100 / 600 / 750.

Creations are permanent to your plan. Each item you create permanently uses one creation slot on your current plan. Deleting an item does not restore the slot — the only way to create beyond your plan's allowance is to upgrade to a higher plan.

Downgrades. If, at the time of a downgrade, you hold more characters, worlds, music, or sound effects than the lower plan allows, you must delete items in each affected category down to the lower plan's limit before the downgrade takes effect. Deleting a character also removes its saved outfits, looks, and related assets.

Account & commercial use. An account is required to use JOVON. Creating content — video, images, 3D, audio, music or characters — requires a paid plan or an eligible purchase such as the Diamond Paradox book bundle; there is no free generation tier. Free accounts may browse the community feed and post their own content. Outputs produced on a non-paid plan (for example the videos included with a book bundle) are watermarked and licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial use and watermark-free output require a paid plan (see §4 and §4b).

7. Intellectual Property

The JOVON name, logo, interface, and underlying prompt generation system are the intellectual property of JOVON AI. Prompts generated by the tool are produced for your use — you own the output. We retain rights to the system that produced them.

8. Third-Party Platforms & Service Providers

JOVON generates prompts for use on third-party AI video platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the output of Kling, Runway, Sora, Hailuo, Pika, Gemini, Grok, Flow, TikTok, or Seedance. Results on those platforms depend on their own systems and policies.

To run the service we rely on trusted providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (accounts, database, sign-in), Atlas Cloud and FAL (AI generation), ElevenLabs (voice and audio), Stripe (payments — JOVON never stores your full card number), and Resend (email). Each receives only the data needed for its function, under its own terms and privacy policy. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

8a. Data, Admin Access & Retention

Your use of JOVON is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service you acknowledge and agree that:

• Operator access. JOVON's owner and authorized administrators can access your account data, generations, prompts, saved library, and your communications with us where reasonably necessary to provide support, moderate content, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with law, and operate and improve the service. We do not sell your content.
• Retention after deletion. When you delete your account, we retain your associated data for up to 60 days — to handle billing, disputes, abuse investigations, and backups — after which it is permanently purged from our active systems (residual backup copies are overwritten on their normal cycle).

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

JOVON is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any prompt will produce a specific result on any third-party platform. AI video generation is an evolving technology and results vary. For physics-accurate or highly realistic motion, we recommend Sora, Kling 3, and Seedance 2 — other models may not produce the desired results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JOVON AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or the prompts generated.

10a. Reporting Illegal or Policy-Violating Content (Notice & Action)

Anyone — signed in or not — can report content on JOVON they believe is illegal or violates our Community & Content Policy. Use the Report option on any public post, or email hello@jovon.ai with a link to the content and a short explanation of why you believe it is unlawful (including, where relevant, the country whose law you believe applies). We review reports promptly, remove or disable access to content that violates the law or our policies, and act against repeat offenders up to permanent account closure. If your content is removed, you may contest the decision by replying to the removal notice or emailing the same address; we will review and respond. Reports of content involving the sexual exploitation of minors are escalated to the relevant authorities immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will note the revision date above.
