Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy explains how subscriptions, payments, cancellations, and refunds work for jovon.ai. By purchasing any jovon.ai plan, you agree to the terms below.
1. Plans & Billing Overview

All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. JOVON never stores your card details.
2. Cancelling a Subscription
You may cancel any subscription at any time from your Profile, or through the billing portal linked there. Here is what happens when you cancel:
- Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — not immediately.
- You retain full access to all plan features until that date.
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan.
- Your saved prompts and generation history remain accessible within Free plan limits.
- We do not delete your account or data on cancellation.

3. Refund Policy
jovon.ai offers refunds in the following specific circumstances:

Cancelling an annual plan early
Annual plans are cheaper because you commit for a year. If you cancel an annual plan after the 7-day refund window, we do not simply keep the balance. Instead:
- You are charged for the months you actually had, at that plan’s standard monthly price — not the discounted annual rate.
- The remainder of what you paid is refunded to you.
- That refund is capped at the value of the credits you have not yet used. If you have already spent more credits than the months you kept would cover, the refund is reduced accordingly, and may be zero.
Example. You buy Creator annually and cancel during month 3. Creator’s standard monthly price is $15, so you are charged 3 × $15 = $45 for the time you had and the rest is refunded — provided you have not already spent more than three months’ worth of credits.
The cap exists only to stop the annual discount being used to buy a year of credits, spend them at once and then reclaim the payment. It never removes credits you have already been granted, and it never applies within the 7-day window.
Service outages: If jovon.ai experiences a confirmed outage of more than 72 consecutive hours, affected subscribers may request a prorated credit for the affected period. Credits are applied to the next billing cycle and are not issued as cash refunds.
How to request a refund: Email hello@jovon.ai with your account email and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. One-time purchases (credit packs & the book bundle)
Credit packs and the Diamond Paradox book bundle are one-time purchases. They are charged once, do not renew, and carry no recurring fee. Purchased credits are added to your balance immediately, sit alongside any plan allowance, and do not expire — they remain yours even if you later cancel a subscription. One-time purchases are tied to your jovon.ai account and are non-transferable.
5. Price Changes
jovon.ai reserves the right to adjust subscription prices at any time. Existing active subscribers will receive at least 14 days' notice by email before any price change affects their account. You may cancel before the new price takes effect without penalty.
6. Account Termination by jovon.ai
jovon.ai reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that:
- Violate our Terms & Conditions
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity
- Use automated tools or bots to bypass usage limits
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform
Accounts terminated for violations of the Terms & Conditions are not eligible for refunds.
7. AI Disclaimer
jovon.ai generates prompts using artificial intelligence. Results may vary, contain inaccuracies, or not match exactly what was described. AI makes mistakes. Discrepancies in generated prompts, images, and videos are expected and normal. Subscription and purchase fees are for access to the jovon.ai platform and its tools — not for guaranteed output quality on any third-party AI video platform.
