For anything about your account, a purchase, a gift card, a render that went wrong, press, or partnerships. If it is about your account, send it from the email address you signed up with so we can find you straight away.
If something failed
A generation that fails because of JOVON is never charged; the credits go back to your balance on their own. If a purchase did not deliver what it promised, tell us and we will put it right, including a refund where that is the fair outcome. Please write to us before opening a card dispute; it is faster for you and it lets us fix the cause for everyone.
Paying from a country we don’t cover
Card checkout does not reach everywhere, and some banks block international payments outright. If your card is declined, email hello@jovon.ai and we will arrange a bank transfer instead. Tell us which plan or credit pack you want and roughly where you are, and we will send transfer details. Once the money lands we apply it to your account by hand, normally within one business day — and we will confirm by email when it is done.
A gift card is another route, and anyone can buy one on your behalf: gift cards, redeemable at /redeem.
